Andreea Ghenoiu, appointed Creative Partner at Romanian Jam Session agency

Jam Session Agency promoted Andreea Ghenoiu to the position of Creative Partner, the first member of the company’s team to join the stock option plan created to reward key senior employees with a proven contribution to the business growth over a long period of time, at the highest level of performance. Along with agency co-founder Valentin Suciu, Andreea will coordinate the company’s creative teams. 

Andreea Ghenoiu has been a part of Valentin and Irina’s team for more than 7 years, rising  from Group Creative to Creative Director at Jazz Communication, and now Creative Partner at Jam Session Agency. She has previously worked for Scala JWT, Senior Interactive, and Leo Burnett. She has contributed to the agency’s major campaigns that have won awards both nationally and internationally and is actively involved in the creative process for agency clients.

Beginning with this new stage of the agency’s growth, employees with either creative or business DNA will be eligible for a partner position in the company, following a business model similar to that of law firms, which aims to reward significant involvement and contribution.

Jam Session Agency won Agency of the Year award at Internetics 2021, together with its clients: Carrefour Romania, ING Romania and Tazz by eMAG.

Andreea Ghenoiu, together with Valentin, Irina and their teams won the first Gold at Cannes Lions ad festival for an independent agency in Romania, another Silver Lion in the following years and were shortlisted nine times, in addition to winning dozens of other awards at local and international festivals: D&AD, SABRE, Golden Hammer, Golden Drum, Effie (a Grand Effie and dozens of other Gold, Silver and Bronze awards), Internetics, Webstock and many more prizes at the Romanian PR Award galas.
