LAROCK 2025: four days of music, freedom and adventure on the Cantacuzino Domain, August 14-17

Mid-August, between the 14th and 17th, the Cantacuzino Domain in Florești, Prahova County, becomes the center of a musical and cultural experience that goes beyond the boundaries of a simple festival.

In a spectacular natural setting, with architecture that preserves the charm of the 19th century, LAROCK Music Festival returns with a landmark edition, ready to bring over 75 artists from Romania and abroad to the stage and transform each day into a complete adventure.

Now in its third edition, this year, LAROCK comes with six stages, each with its own vibe, style and identity, so that each participant can find the atmosphere that suits them:

• Main Stage – The heart of the festival! Legends are written here. Expect incendiary shows and renowned international headliners, in an explosion of light, sound and pure energy. ( Dubioza Kolektiv, Skindred, Subcarpati, Dirty Shirt, Synsnake, Luna Amara, Robin and the Backstabbers, Coffeeshock Company, Coma, Vicii, Dora Gaitanovici, The Kryptonite Sparks, Tribut Depeche Mode – DM Experience)

• The Tower – A unique visual and sound experience, on a suspended stage that dominates the field! Intense beats, electrifying lights and a futuristic vibe. (Toesup, Dj Antenna, Cabi Mic – Cabral Ibacka, Jiji Lazar, Tripolar, DJ Iulio, Dj Seba)

• The Pit – For those with a metal soul! Stage dedicated to fans of hardcore, death metal and extreme sounds. Adrenaline, moshpit and headbanging guaranteed. (Trooper, Il Nino, Implant pentru refuz, Crize, Sedativ, Scarlet Aura, Kaizer, Awake the Demons, Wildchild, MXM, Electric Humidity, Antebellum)

• Avangard Stage – Competitive spirit and pure energy! Rock bands face off live in the most intense musical competition. Witness the birth of new legends! 12 bands, from all over the country, compete for prizes worth 10,000 euros

• Discovery Stage – The perfect place for explorers. Discover new artists, hidden talents and future headliners in an intimate and authentic atmosphere. Tickets and subscriptions are available online, with prices starting RON 200 for subscriptions, and day tickets are available on the website https://larockfestival.ro/.

Children under 14 have free access, if accompanied by parents, and young people over 16, who have a valid ticket, can come to the festival with a written parental consent.

More than music, unique experiences

The LAROCK Festival is not just about music. The generous space was designed as a complete experience, where adrenaline, relaxation and creativity intertwine in a green setting, far from the urban hustle and bustle.

Participants can thus explore a multitude of recreational and interactive activities, from hot air balloon rides, horseback riding, bungee jumping and off-road trails with ATVs or motorcycles, to the relaxation area, fitness sessions, yoga and relaxation, fun activities and activities dedicated to the little ones. Every corner of the domain is transformed into a place of exploration and connection – with nature, with others, with oneself.

Especially this year, the festival has also added helicopter flights to the program for those who want to admire the festival from above, in a unique and memorable experience, with prices from 900 lei per person, for 30 minutes. Hot air balloon rides will also be at a height, for those who want to let the wind carry them above the magnificent landscapes of Prahova.

For those who choose to stay overnight, the organizers have prepared accommodation solutions adapted to all preferences: from equipped campsites and pre-installed tents, to fully equipped glamping options. Transportation is facilitated by shuttles from Ploiești, and the parking area is generous for those who want to come by car. In the very well-developed food & drinks area this year, you can find local and international cuisine, offering options for all tastes.

“LAROCK has attracted an increasing number of participants from one edition to another, and the festival has developed along with its audience. Today, LAROCK is no longer just a rock music festival, but one that brings together musical genres, including DJ sets such as Toesup who was at Românii au Talent or Cabi Mic. We want participants to enjoy this experience outside of Bucharest, but at the same time close to the city, and Domeniul Cantacuzino is the best place for this experience. We have so much space here and it is so safe that every participant will be happy to have spent time with us,” said Andrei Năstase, co-founder of LAROCK.

LAROCK is more than a festival – it is a manifesto for freedom, community and the courage to be different.
