MRM Worldwide Romania launches the first international campaign for Lidl, developed for Valentine’s Day campaign the retailer has; the campaign will be implemented in 24 European countries and uses the latest technology
LIDL Valentine iss is a mobile app available on Android and iOS, on Facebook and on company’s page and uses, for the first time, the kiss recognition technology, base on image recognition and that can detect the kiss.
The users access the app, activate the video cam on their laptop or phone and start kissing. The algorithm of the app analyzes in real time the 2 faces in the image, measures their proximity and lips movement and than sends them a validation message. If the kiss was detected, users are entered automatically in a draw to win special prizes offered by LIDL on Valentine’s Day
We are connecting romanticism with tech and retail. The app we are launching today will detect love in 24 European countries. I must say that this app was the best tested and most documented one. Actually, we’re still testing it…
