David Perez, Creative Recruiter al Leo Burnett Chicago, will be under internet’s control from June 21st to June 28th, via his Twitter account – @davidondemand, where anyone can tell him what to do, and he will do it (unless it’s illegal).
Perez will be armed with a first-person camera on his head which will broadcast his exploits in real time and the will stream at DavidOnDemand.com
For fulfilling all the chores he is subjected to, Perez will be awarded a trip to this year’s Cannes Lion’s International Advertising Festival.
According to CNN, The idea for "David on Demand," as the weeklong experiment is called, came out of a brainstorming session at the Chicago, Illinois-based advertising company, Leo Burnett, where Perez works. After hearing a pitch for the idea, a boss told Perez that he would get a ticket to the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival in France only if he went along with the experiment.
