Midas Media will represent its partners under a new umbrella brand

Midas Media became market leader and the most important sales house for local press in Romania, by signing a series of new partnerships. Also, the company, founded by Silviu Ispas, launched a new brand – “Presa Buna” (Good Press) – that will be used to represent its partners.

In 6 months since launch, Midas managed to consolidate in its portfolio publications with a total circulation of 230,000 copies and an audience estimated to over 1M readers per edition.

Midas intends to develop so it will eventually cover the entire Romanian territory and will launch new services for its partners and clients.

The branding and communication projects of Midas Media will be developed together with the agencies Imagistica (Cluj) and OMA Vision.

Midas will offer its clients national communication solutions, at the right moment and via the best partners, able to deliver results.

For the moment, the local press is represented on market by 3 main advertising sales houses: Presa Buna (Midas partnerships;  22 partner newspapers and around 230,000 copies), Informmedia (10 newspapers owned by  Informmedia and a circulation of 130,000 copies) and ARBOsfera (ARBOmedia’s partnerships, 34 partner newspapers with a consolidated circulation of 120,000 copies).

Founder of Midas Media, Silviu Ispas is also president of Romanian ABC – BRAT and he was recently elected in the Board of Directors of IFABC (International Federation of Audit Bureau of Circulation), during the General Meeting of IFABC, that took place in Seoul in the 1st half of October. Silviu Ispas was elected in the Board as the representative of the countries that audit yearly under 10M copies (that include Argentina, Czech Republic, Hong Kong, Korea, Mexic, Norway, Portugal and Serbia).
