Orange Romania launched Sales Academy, an integrated program meant to develop Orange’s employees and partners that work directly with company’s clients. The Sales Academy is part of an international project developed by France Telecom – Orange in 11 countries.

Every year, the ones that attend Sales Academy will be subjected to a real learning experience that includes classes, feedback at their workplace, individual study, knowhow exchange, discutions, contests, feedback from real clients and training sessions.

The program is built on 3 professional development levels (junior, specialist, expert) and on 3 learning areas (knowledge, specific abilities and clients experience). At the end of the program, pending an evaluation, the students receive a certification recognized inside France Telecom – Orange group, that offers them international opening to new opportunities in their career etc. The certification is renewed annualy.

Sales Academy is a project developed by Orange’s experts, together with external consultants, and is based on a methodology focused on specific learning experience and development.

The investment in this program is Euro 1M and includes a training center with 7 class rooms, 1 “laboratry” store and over 2,800 students

Sales Academy is one of the initiatives that Orange has in order to invest in training and developing its employees

Orange Romania is one of the main mobile telecom services providers in Romania, with over 10,39M clients and Euro 246M income in the 3rd trimester of 2010.
