Interactions, interactive communication agency specialized in e-CRM, is celebrating, on January 12th, two years since starting its activity on the Romanian market. For the two years of activity, the agency had almost RON 4m consolidated turnover. Same time, it expanded its portfolio of clients and expanded and consolidated its team.
Launched in January 2009 by Adrian Alexandrescu, Interactions has now as shareholders its founder and the French Post, though Mediapost Hit Mail. The agency is part of the group evaluated, in 2010, at Euro 6m and that integrates online, e-mail, social media, SMS, MMS, direct mail, drop mail and other services.
During the last year, Interactions gathered in its award portfolio 9 prizes, having now at least one trophy for each client.
A year after it started its activity on Romanian market, Interactions entered top 10 digital agencies ranked in terms of turnover, considering the official financial data.
Interaction has a team that includes senior professionals and its business means a third creation, a third programming and a third maintenance.

Interactions has in its portfolio clients such as Mega Image, Nestle (Maggi, Nescafe, Nesquik, Joe, Kitkat), Mobexpert, Groupama, Sarantis (Str8, C-Thru) and others. Also, the agency has its own projects – www.supersport365.com – and intends to launch some more of them in 2011.
