Romanian PR agency The Practice opens a new internship season, one year after launching its internship program that supports young people that want to make a career in public relations.
For Seasoned by The Practice applied until now over 50 students and graduates from communication universities, with 8 of them being selected, by now, to prepare for the future career inside the agency. In total, those people spent around 30 weeks with The Practice.
All the interns were prepared in all practical aspects of the domain and were involved in all The Practice departments – PR, Social Media and BTL. The interns weren’t asked only to work on documentation and monitoring, but they were actively involved in brainstormings, events organizing, writing texts, online projects and internal activities.
Seasoned by The Practice is an initiative we grow attached in time because it brought close to us inspired people, with fresh minds. The success of the internship program is visible also through the fact that 2 interns became part of agency’s team, being hired shortly after finishing the program
