Romanian Effie Awards Gala will take place on June 4th, with the winners to be announced during a festivity at Romanian Atheneum.
At this year’s edition of Romanian Effies, 80 campaigns and 27 agencies and clients entered the race. The entries came from: 23 Communication Ideas, Arsenoaiei & Matasel, BBDO Group, BrandTailors, Bridge Communication, CAP, Cohn&Jansen JWT, G2 Romania, GMP Advertising, Grup Sapte, Headvertising, iLeo, Leo Burnett & Target Romania, Marks, McCann Worldgroup, Mercury 360, Next Advertising, Ogilvy Group Romania, Papaya Advertising, Propaganda, Publicis, Saatchi&Saatchi Romania, Sister, Tempo Advertising, The Geeks, Unilever, Webstyler.
The entries will be evaluated by a jury that has 46 members – representatives from clients, communication groups, advertising and research agencies.
The president of Romanian Effie jury is Mihail Vartosu, honorary president IAA Romania. Vartosu is replacing Alan Rutherford (Global Chairman IAA Worldwide) as Jury President, after he cancelled the participation in the last moment, for personal reasons. Vartosu is Effie’s jury president for the 2nd time.
The access to the gala is possible via paid invitation. The cost per ticket is RON 300+VAT for IAA and UAPR members and RON 400+VAT for non-members.
Andi Moisescu will be, once more, the host of the event.
Romanian Effie Awards is a project coordinated by International Advertising Association (IAA Romania) in partnership with UAPR (Romanian Advertising Agencies Association) and organized, for the 6th year in a row, by The Institute. Effie Romania is a festival organized under Effie Worldwide license.
