Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and Chevrolet won Gold at 1st Mobile Lions in Cannes Lions

Creativity, Mobile

Goodby, Silverstein & Partners (GSP) won a prestigious Gold Lion in the brand new Mobile Lions, within “best use of multiple screens”, with Chevy Game Time app. The app was created to enhance second screen viewing during Super Bowl XLVI, allowing users to play games in real time and enter to win prizes, including 20 Chevys and thousands of other giveaways.

Besides the  attention-grabbing ads, Chevy’s Game Time app proved extremely successful with more than 703,000 registrations, over 35M page views, 25M Trivia questions answered, almost 1.6M hours spent on the app and it generated some 130,000 new fans on Facebook and 9,000 new followers on Twitter.

We are honored to win in what is certainly a pioneering, forward-looking category (…) Traditional media is being reborn with the addition of apps that make us see old media  through new lenses.
