Bogdan Naumovici and his creative ideas shop 23 sign, from now on, the new campaigns for Flanco. The creative and strategic sides for Flanco campaigns will be made by 23 Communication Ideas, as Flanco chose to work with the agency as part of a partnership for the future. The yound, dynamic, full of ideas and already with tradition in electro-IT retail advertising was what determined the client to select the agency.
Part of an extensive communication and brand positioning plan for Flanco brand on the electronics, appliances and IT retail market, the 1st Flanco campaign signed by 23 started on November 7th. With the slogan “Flanco. Always more than expected”, the campaign runs on TV, online, stores and other channels. The campaign focuses on real situations that happened within Flanco stores, as many clients were surprised and filmed with hidden cameras. The images aim to illustrate the surprises Flanco promises to offer in all of its stores.
We learned what Flanco brand means, we studied the portfolio of clients, we lived the buying experience in the store, we talked to Flanco people, both at headquarters and in stores. I felt very well, I met nice people, documented advises, a pleasant atmosphere. And exactly those sentiments must be sent through the communication made by Flanco. In a market with almost equal offers, prices, range of products, number of stores and regional spread, the shopping experience and the pleasant surprises that wait for you at Flanco are the ones that can make the difference
