Romanian PR agency Chapter 4 will handle entirely the brand and corporate communication for Farmec SA Cluj-Napoca, the biggest Romanian cosmetics producers and one of the most important players on the local profile market. The partnership, closed following a selection process started last year, starts in February and will initially last for a year.
