Banca Transilvania plays a Facebook game

Banca Transilvania came up with a surprise in social media, in its newest campaign to promote MasterCard Forte card and StarBT Program. Romanian banking institution launched a quiz style game exclusively for its 185,000 Facebook fans.

The awards that can be won after playing the game are 10 eMag vouchers (RON 250 each), a bike and a guitar.

The launch of the game aims to promote, in an unconventional and fun way, Star BT Program, that means points and no interest rates when buying with the card in over 4,000 stores.

The campaign to promote MasterCard Forte shopping card combines diverse communication channels and instruments, from TV ad, website, social media, online and offline commercial, indoor (in BT’s branches)

The Facebook game is part of the campaign conceived and implemented by BT’s Marketing and Communication Direction, together with the advertising agency Three.
