Raiffeisen Bank Romania launched its official Facebook page, a new communication channel with its clients and employees. The page provides useful information about the bank, its network of agencies and bank machines, a link towards bank’s internet app and a careers section. The launch of the page comes in the same time with Raiffeisen Bank moving its central offices in Bucharest’s tallest building,
Sky Tower.
We want to communicate as simple and transparent with our clients to make our activity known, but also in order to better understand their needs. We want and hope to manage to have a simple and coherent dialogue and hope our decision to be on Facebook will benefit to both our clients and our employees

The Facebook page opens with a message of bank’s president and an interactive game that builds Sky Tower from Tetris pieces, developed by Sunshine Digital Communication. The people that decide to play the game can win 5 bikes and one mini iPad and have the chance to double their points answering correctly to a few questions about the bank. Also, 2 A-list Romanian bloggers, Cristian Manafu and Cristina Bazavan, were involved in the launch of the page.
The app on bank’s Facebook page (…) includes sections of live blogging, photo blogging, but also a Tetris game. We aimed to be more than a funny game, to create an instrument to educate and inform the public in the nicest way possible, through play, and we are convinced this will keep the users active
