IAA Romania’s Marketing & Communication School – start for Leadership classes’ applications
Following the success from the 1st edition of Module 3 – Leadership of IAA School, IAA Romania announces the entries are open for those who want to attend at the 2nd training edition, scheduled to start on November 19th.
Module 3 – Leadership is an intensive training program that targets marcom entrepreneurs and managers with over 7 years of experience and that are in top management positions. The classes aim mainly to develop inspirational leadership abilities, innovation’s management and support, leading the change and transformation projects and also managing administrative and leading HR aspects.
The 1st edition of the training took place in January-May 2013. During it, 32 Romanian top managers attended an intensive training, modeled in a similar manner as the ones from Berlin School of Creative Leadership (Germany), University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), University of Aix-Marseille (France) and University of Cambridge (UK).
During the training, the classes are held by internationally renown teachers such as Stefan Krummaker, Jens Maier, Serge Oreal, Robert Weisz and Olivier Tabatoni. Also, the attendants in the program are also involved in Blue Ocean Strategy Simulation.
2nd edition of the leadership program start on November 19th and will end in May 2014. During the program, the participants will prepare a final thesis that involves presenting an idea that will contribute to improve industry’s performance standards or the standards within the organization they work for.
The training program has 24 slots open for the 2nd edition and the applicants that aim for one of them must submit their CVs, an entry document, an 1-page essay with the theme “Write your observations and ideas on the way you could improve the performances of the organization you are leading or the performances of the industry you are active in”. The entry file (including all the documents mentioned) should be submitted, until October 26h, to Laura[.]Tampa[@]iaa.ro and Ruxandra[.]Radu[@]iaa.ro.
The participation fee is Euro 7,500 plus VAT (for IAA members that pay integrally), Euro 8,000 plus VAT (IAA members that pay in 4 equal monthly rates) and Euro 10,000 plus VAT (for those that aren’t IAA members). The participation fee also includes accommodation and food for the 3 residential weeks to be organized in Sinaia in November 2013, January 2014 and March 2014
IAA School is the first academical formation structure in Romania patronized by a professional organization; it was awarded “Best Practice” to IAA’s International Congress and is recognized and accredited by IAA Educational Programs.
