Enel Romania painted electricity’s history on its transformation stations
Graham Bell, Thomas Edison, Guglielmo Marconi and Nicola Tesla, important personalities that contributed to electricity’s development, were celebrated by Enel Romania with paintings made on a transformation station in Bucharest by the Romanian urban artist Mihai Comanescu (aka Boeme).
The project – Enel’s City of Energy – is now in its third year and, in 2013, more transformation stations were targeted and got a new image with different forms and art styles. Another artist involved in the project was Allan Dalla.
City of Energy will continue to transform Romania’s capital into one full of art and color, through innovative executions made by young artists and using as support Enel’s transformation stations.
