Oana Bulexa, Managing Director The Practice, is Romania’s representative in Eurobest’s PR jury, at this year’s edition of the festival.
Romanian professionals shortlisted for Eurobest’s jury included, besides Bulexa, Mihai Gongu – Creative Director GMP Advertising and Mircea Tomescu – Managing Director Graffiti PR.

Oana Bulexa graduated Bucharest’s Economic Studies Academy and has 12 years of experience in communication, from journalism to direct marketing and PR.
After 4 years of experience as TV journalist, Oana started working in PR in 2005. During the 7 years she already spent at The Practice, she assumed positions with growing responsibilities, from Consultant to Consumer Practice Director, than Head of PR Department and now – Managing Director.
Within The Practice, Oana got involved at strategic level, supervising and implementation of campaigns developed for more than 50 clients in various sectors, such as FMCG, retail, real estate, IT&C or finance-banking, offering conseling both in Corporate and Consumer PR.
She was project coordinator for some of the most awarded campaigns made by The Practice, that managed to gather over 80 prizes and nominations at local and international level. Among the awards won are Silver PR Lion, Cannes Lions 2010, Platinum Sabre Award (Best EMEA PR Program of the Year), EMEA SABRE Awards 2008, Global Sabre Award, GLOBAL SABRE Awards 2011, Gold Sabre Award, EMEA SABRE Awards 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, Golden World Award, IPRA Golden World Awards 2010, Best PR Campaign in Eastern Europe, EMEA SABRE Awards 2008, 2010, Best PR Campaign in The Balkans, EMEA SABRE Awards 2012, Golden Award of Excellence.
Among the awarded campaigns are “Men’s Day” for Bergenier, Pro-Optimism campaign for Gusto snacks, “Crazy about Computers” for TechTeam Global, Z-day for Zonga, Renault campaign for Olympic Games “100 ambassadors of the Olympic values”.
Eurobest is scheduled to take place in Lisabona in the start of December.
