Dero (Unilever) has a new national campaign in Romania – “The bracer that unites us – that encouraged Romanians to wear the national colors as bracelet on Romania’s national day.
The campaign was launched on Romania’s National Day (December 1st), when Romanians celebrated 95 years since the Big Union. Dero campaign tells the story of hand crafters, people that keep alive habits and customs forgotten by many. For the campaign, 150 women in Gaujani, a community living next to Danube, handmade couple thousands of bracers with national colors. The bracers, along with the stories of those that made them, will be available together with a promotional Dero wash-powder package, available in Romanian stores in December.
The messages of the campaign will be communicated in TV shows and ads, in social media (Dero’s Facebok and YouTube channel), through online banners, mass media and in store.
