Image PR and Coca-Cola HBC Romania won Platinum Award for internal communication program “Play to Win”, at LACP Magellan Awards, organized by American League of Communication Professionals (LACP). During the same competition, the program obtained a special accolade, “Most engaging program”.
“Play to Win” is an internal communication program aiming to facilitate changing organizational culture within Coca-Cola HBC Romania. Started in 2010 and continued in 2013, the program managed, with its creative and innovative approach, to inspire and involve all Coca-Cola HBC Romania’s employees.
We are proud to receive this distinction from LACP. We managed to place ourselves on the 1st step of the podium (Platinum Award) with a program of organizational change that combined classical tactics with the innovative ones in order to reach and involved all targets. Choosing an inspirational communication theme, searching for excellence, insured a very good rate of response from employees, which brought us a second accolade in the competition: Most engaging program.

Around 400 campaigns were entered at LACP Magellan Awards 2013 and “Play To Win” ranked 3rd in top 25 best campaigns in the competition.
