Competence Call Center added a new market, Poland, to those where it is active already(Austria, France, Germany, Romania, Slovakia, Switzerland and Turkey), by opening a new center in Gdańsk.
The size of the market, the excellent economic growth and the very good level of education of the population speak for the attractive business location in Poland
Poland is the sixth largest country in the European Union and Gdańsk metropolitan area is home for over 1.2M people. The region is attractive to CCC as people have good German, English and Russian skills, but also Ulf Herbrechterskills in Nordic language like Danish, Swedish and Norwegian.
We start in Gdańsk with existing customers for the local and international market. Our focus in the coming months will also be on providing services for the Nordic countries as well as the German market. As of March, we will quickly ramp our operation to 200 employees at the location in Gdańsk. Our new office is located in the ultra-modern Olivia Business Centre which offers excellent infrastructural conditions for our high-quality services
“Invest in Pomerania”, a regional initiative which promotes the establishment of foreign companies in Poland, was a big supporter for the investment of the Competence Call Center.
Fact that CCC launched its business activity in the Tri-City area confirms a growing interest and a strong position of our region on the investment map of shared services centers.
