Romanian pastel consolidates team and works with new clients


Romanian agency pastel starts 2014’s spring with new people joining its team, in order to help creating and implementing communication campaigns for the 10 new clients that entered agency’s portfolio. Besides the increase of the clients portfolio, the expansion of the team was also needed as a consequence of developing the area of services offered to the clients.

In 2013, pastel won more pitches on Romanian local and regional advertising market and added to its portfolio clients such as BEKO, Colgate-Palmolive, Gano Excel, JTI, kika, Nissan, Renault, Royal Canin, Syngenta, TCC Global. Also, 2013 meant for pastel an expansion of the cooperation with AVON Romania in field events area and an expansion of the collaboration with Mondelez at regional level.

Ramon Gorjanu-Radu, art director, completes agency’s expertise in cinematographic production. He graduated a master in scenography at UNArte Bucharest and had a scholarship at Aristotle University, Thessaloniki, Grecia School of Drama. During his 7 years of experience in cinema and advertising, Ramon made tens of ads for clients from banking, telecom, FMCG and tourism sectors. His abilities are certified by the awards he received during his career, like scenography award at “Independent Theatre Marathon” (ArCub Bucharest) and the international award “Cüneyt Gökçer” Theatre Festival Istanbul.

Catalina Badiu, graphic designer, got her specialization through a master in Photo-Video & Image processing at George Enescu Arts University Iasii. She has 5 years of experience and acquired, over time, solid experience in typography. Besides her numerous ad graphics projects, Catalina trained her creativity with a series of personal projects she developed along with her passion for handmade.

Alma Ghiulea and Andreea Mirica join the team as accounts and bring important experience in journalistic communication, as they previously worked for online (,, TV (Antena1) and radio (Radio Bucuresti, Radio Romania Cultural) newsrooms. Their abilities recommend them for successful management of communication projects and events organization.

Ana Velea is the new office manager of the agency and brings in the team 10 years of experience within the advertising market, both in client service and administrative/financial areas. With her experience, she will have the mission to insure the fluidity of the agency’s administrative and financial projects

The increase of agency’s number of employees is part of a strategical expansion process at entire business’ level and of development at regional scale that we plan for this year
