Wizz Air, low-cost airline operatingflights in CEE, appointed Veselin Milicici, starting April 1st, as its new CRM Manager at company’s office in Budapest.
Veselin Milicici, which joined the company 5 years ago as Regional Marketing Manager, will be in charge with developing the CRM system for the entire Wizz Air network. He will also be in charge with media analysis and mobile apps.
As Regional Marketing Manager, I spent 5 extraordinary years, filled with successes. Meanwhile, I saw how Wizz Air became the biggest low-cost airline in CEE and I’ve accumulated valuable experience in the air travel industry. Now it’s the time to make a step forward and use the extensive international experience to develop the Customer Relationship Management system, a very important instrument for a company present in so many markets like Wizz Air
Veselin Milicici joined Wizz Air in 2009 as Regional Marketing Manager and, for 5 years, handled markets like Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Macedonia, Turkey, Lithuania, Ukraine, Slovenia, Italy, Spain, France, Germany and UK. Beside the marketing specific projects, Veselin was involved or managed projects at corporate level among which media analysis, SEM, brand development marketing, finance and product management.
He is replaced as Regional Marketing Managed by Ildiko Ancsan
