CP+B acquired London-based global communications network, The House Worldwide, and, additionally, appointed of Richard Pinder, co-founder of The House Worldwide and former COO Publicis Worldwide, as the new CEO for UK and International.

Prior to founding The House Worldwide, Pinder was Chief Operating Officer of Publicis Worldwide, an 80-country network and the largest brand agency in Publicis Groupe. Pinder will also be a part of the agency’s overall management team along with CEO Andrew Keller, President Steve Erich, and Chief Operating Officer Mike Saunter.

These moves come at a time of significant international growth for CP+B which, during the last year, opened CP+B Brazil (with renowned creative team Marcos Medeiros and Andre Kassu), expanded CP+B Scandinavia (to include offices in Copenhagen and Stockholm), and enhanced their senior management team’s global capabilities with the additions of Global Managing Director Spence Kramer, CP+B Brazil’s Managing Director Vinicius Reis and new CP+B Scandinavia CEO Anders Davidsson.

Pinder and his team will join CP+B’s London headquarters. CP+B London has created highly acclaimed work for Turkish Airlines, Diesel Watches, Xbox, Milka and Paddy Power. In 2013, CP+B London Co-ECDs Ben Walker and Matt Gooden were awarded the prestigious Creative Circle President’s Award, which is given to the person or organization who has had the greatest impact on advertising that year.

Our DNA has always been about creating brilliant work that delivers dramatic results for our clients (…) And we’re fortunate to have exceptional creative leaders like Matt and Ben in London and Gustav Martner in Sweden.  Richard is one of the most innovative and accomplished global business leaders in our industry and we couldn’t have found a better person to help guide our international growth. We welcome change, we’ve always been flexible and opportunistic, and this collaboration with Richard and his team allows us to continue to evolve new ways to make great work. That’s what it’s about
