Vodafone, Samsung and Avon occupy the podium of this year’s edition of Top Social Brands, a top made by Romanian Biz magazine which reflects the degree of involvement and visibility of the brands present in Romanian social media. Next ranked are Lidl, Pepsi, Petrom, Coca-Cola, Heineken, Danone and Rom.
The results of the study were announced during the Top Social Brands conference, an event that took place on Friday at Howard Johnson Hotel in Bucharest.
The champions in Romanian social media are combining creativity, continuity and social networks with messages which were relevant and of impact for their clients. The top reunites 50 brands active in social media last year
Top Social Brands 2014 study is the result of a complex analysis of the activities made by brands in social media between February 2013 – February 2014. The entries in Top Social Brands were open for almost 2 months and brands in last year’s top were included automatically in the new competition.
In brands’ analysis were taken in consideration all types of activities that can be made to promote in social media: company /brand blog, campaigns on blogs, Facebook page, campaigns and Facebook ads, Facebook apps, Twitter accountsand campaigns, updated Wikipedia profile, accounts on Flickr, YouTube, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, viral ads, UGC websites, initiation or support for events dedicated to blogosphere and social media, customer care and recruiting via social media, endorsement for social media campaigns on TV or other traditional media.
