Romanian Brands&Bears won a pitch organized by OIM

Creativity

Romanian office of International Migration Organization (OIM) organized a pitch for creation and implementation of a public informational campaign. The pitch was attended by 4 agencies and won by Brands&Bears

The brief was clear: communicating, in as simple and easy to understand messages, of the Assisted Voluntary Repatriation and Reintegration program. Although everything seemed very simple, the things were quite different, as everything needed to be presented in a concept both creative and very direct (to reach easy to the target, people that don’t have the legal right to reside in Romania and wish to get back home or people that requested asylum and choose to stop the procedure to get back home to their loved ones)

Considering that we were talking to people who had a problem, people who were scared and didn’t had the right to stay in Romania any longer, we chose a slightly different strategic path: a positive message! Those people deserve a good thought and support from OIM, not a campaign to frighten them even more
