Competence Call Center (CCC) started 2015 on an ascending trend and will continue to invest in developing its Romanian team, which is estimated to grow 50% by the end of the year.
Today, CCC has over 500 employees in Romania and intends to increase its team by the end of the year by hiring around 270 people for its 2 centers in Bucharest and Brasov.
Opened in 2007, CCC Bucharest has over 400 employees, while the one in Brasov has now 100 employees, after being officially opened in June 2014.

On monthly basis, Competence Call Center’s Romanian team offers support for over 255.000 calls in 9 foreign languages: English, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Romanian, Russian, Portuguese and Greek.
At the moment, we are mainly recruiting French, German, English, Spanish and Italian speakers. Besides the foreign languages knowledge, we are interested mainly in those candidates who have good communication abilities, empathy, desire to learn and to find solutions fast.
