Orange signed an affiliate marketing agreement with 2Parale in Romania

Starting October, 2Performant Network signed an agreement with telecom operator Orange Romania in order to provide to the telecom company affiliate marketing services via 2Parale platform.

The affiliate marketing program targets both the phones freely bought and the other products available in Orange’s online store, with the offered commission being of 3%.

We are happy to restart this program with the first and the biggest affiliate network in Romania. When we’re speaking of objectives and sales, I think we must have a bigger opening towards testing, trying and optimizing new ad methods. Moreover, for Orange Romania and clients, the affiliation program brings a big benefit, namely presenting Orange Romania’s products and services via a richer digital content

In the first 9 months of the year, a total of 14,084 online sales for IT&C and telecom categories were generated via 2Parale. The top for online buys in IT&C was reached on January 28th 2015, while the biggest online sale in the analyzed category was of RON 13,300 and consisted in 15 TVs bought on August 31st.

When it comes of buys from ITC category, the most buys were made at noon (12.00-13.00) and in the late afternoon (16.00 – 17.00). Tuesdays, followed by Wednesdays and Mondays, were the best days for shopping in the mentioned category.

Obviously, the affiliate marketing opportunities for ITC & telecom market are on the rise, if we are looking only at the number of subscriptions acquired online compared to the previous year. Moreover, in 2015, there were made until now sales of around RON 7M for ITC products. The ascending trend of the market is also confirmed by the fact that another important telecom player joins the other over 440 clients that are working with the 40,000 affiliates from our network. This is a sin that more and more companies start to consider the performance marketing as a strong channel for sales and business development
