Campaign’s concept is based on multiple benefits Lidl offers to its employees, included in the employment packages that favor their personal and personal development.

The campaign benefits of the direct support from Lidl’s employees, with over 100 of them being involved in realizing the visuals for posters, OOH, ad posters, movies that presents their successful stories or unusual moments and experience.

People are motivated when they feel that their needs are important, what inspires us to improve and transform the company so that we can offer to the employees all over the country reasons to be proud they are at Lidl. We have employees that started their career within the company as casheers and who, with dedication and motivation, became departmental directors. These are personal examples that surprise us and deserve all our admiration and we are happy to be able to share Lidl story from the perspective of our exceptional colleagues
