The Specialist Works appoints Sharon Browne as its new Group Marketing and New Business Director

Independent media agency The Specialist Works (TSW) has appointed Sharon Browne as Group Marketing and New Business Director. The newly-created role will see Browne have direct responsibility for strategic business growth and establishing TSW as the go-to agency for high-growth brands worldwide.

Browne’s appointment will further capitalise on recent TSW growth following pitch success with Auto Trader, Robert Dyas, Rymans, Boux Avenue and Beagle Street. She will report into CEO Martin Woolley, and work on key propositions and products across TSW’s core brands to drive growth in Europe, China and the US.

Browne, an industry heavyweight, will take up her new position with immediate effect.

She joins from Havas Media Group where she headed up new business, marketing, PR and design practitioners, reporting into the Group CEO. While there she transitioned the group twice in two years, driving the integration of both media and creative businesses into the Havas Village. Prior to Havas Sharon honed her craft at M&C Saatchi and OMD.
