Publicis Groupe Romania announces the launch in Romania of Spark Foundry, company that will have Valeriu Galani as its Business Leader.
Over time, Valeriu – that, previous to the Spark Foundry appointment, was Account Director Starcom Romania – supervised the accounts for important clients like E.ON, Novartis, Sandoz, Visa, Brown Forman and coordinated multi-functional teams and the processes of entry on Romanian market for global brands. With a career spanning 17 years, Valeriu was a member of Starcom for a decade.

The launch of Spark Foundry in Romania comes as a result of a recent strategic alliance of the 2 global networks part of Publicis Media – Blue 449 and Spark Foundry – to create a global superpower. In Romania, the operations of Blue 449 will be integrated with those of Spark Foundry. The new network, based on the synergy of culture and entrepreneurial spirit of both agencies, will operate as Spark Foundry in most markets, including Romania. With this merger, Spark Foundry will have an extended presence in markets like Australia, Canada, China, Germany, India, Italia, MENA, Mexico, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Spain and CEE.
Publicis Groupe Romania includes the agencies Publicis, Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi/The Geeks, Starcom, Zenith and the newly launched Spark Foundry. The media agencies part of the group – Starcom, Zenith and Spark Foundry – are the biggest buyer on the local market, with over 100 clients in portfolio, a third of them being business leaders in their sectors.
