Co-working market in Romania: Impact Hub Bucharest expands by merging with 3house
Impact Hub Bucharest, organisation supporting for over 7 years entrepreneurship in Romania via co-working, acceleration programs and events, merged with 3house, the new concept of work spaces launched in 2018. With this merger, Impact Hub expands to 3 locations and 6.700 square meters dedicated to co-working.
The partners in the 2 organizations decided to bring the 2 brands under the same umbrella, increasing the coverage Impact Hub has in Romanian capital Bucharest.
Following the merger, Impact Hub offers co-working spaces in 3 key areas in Bucharest, access to an international network of over 110 locations, open space offices (155 places), team offices (19), events and conference rooms (5). Moreover, the offer includes facilities for smart offices needed by teams, entrepreneurs and freelancers to run their activity. Impact also gives access to bistros in 2 places and offers flexible co-working subscriptions (Hub Casual – 40 hrs of access per month per member, Hub Regular – 100 hours and Hub Resident – unlimited access.
We were asked many times why aren’t we bringing the 2 brands together, so there were expectations regarding this step. We chose to do that now, to consolidate our market position and to offer to our members premium experiences without loosing the community feeling. Even if we started separate with 3house, we really are stronger together, and our members can work in any location once they become members Impact Hub. We are and will be a connector and this is translated by bringing together resources and unifying the main business centers in Bucharest

Impact Hub Bucharest will undergo a consolidation in the next period, to become a more agile organization, adapted to its clients, no matter their line of business.
