iSense Solutions announced appointing Otilia Man as Insights Manager and Laura Rosca as Qualitative Research Director, both to report to the Managing Partners of the company. Another appointment is Andreea Coriu, that takes over Product Testing Lead & Senior Client Service.
Otilia Man has over 15 years of experience in marketing research, in agencies and companies, at local and regional level. Over time, she developed a number of research projects, especially within FMCG, retail, media and health areas, from all types, from consumer (qualitative and quantitative), retail audit, and until implementing instruments for research or for supporting training sessions and workshops.
With over 14 years of experience on the market, Laura Roșca worked together with companies active in a range of areas like telecom, banking, retail, FMCG, beauty, pharma or auto. Over time, Laura managed to form teams of professionals and her activity is focused on branding, communication and consumer trends, especially in insight generation, concept evaluation and communication, positioning / repositioning brands, brand audit and shopper.
Andreea Coriu joins the team with expertise in relevant studies for achieving an efficient marketing mix, coordinating multiple FMCG projects. In her 6 years of experience, she managed to consolidate a strong background in strategic studies like U&A, Customer Satisfaction or Brand Adoption Funnel.
