Production company Bruut Amsterdam, commissioned by Air France KLM Martinair Cargo, has developed a powerful brand film and campaign highlighting the essence of the ‘Here to Connect’ proposition, which was launched in 2021. With this campaign, the airline’s cargo division aims to present itself as a modest yet highly significant link in global connectivity.

Air France KLM Martinair Cargo boasts impressive figures, with 295 destinations in 110 countries, 3,500 cargo employees, and a fleet of 178 long-haul aircraft and 6 dedicated cargo planes. Over the past twelve months, it has transported more than one million tons of cargo, making it not only the most extensive global cargo network in the world but also a true engine of connectivity. The brand film and campaign emphasize how each employee contributes to these impressive achievements.

The campaign, of which the brand film is a part, was shot in Chicago, Paris, and Amsterdam and deliberately executed in black and white to emphasize authenticity and power.

Judith van den Hoogen, Brand & Sustainability Officer at Air France KLM Martinair Cargo, said:

“This film makes me proud because it tells our story and clarifies our place in the world. The film shows who we are, the core of our daily work, what drives us as individuals, and how we are collectively connected to the world through countless connections. While transporting cargo may go unnoticed or be seen as less attractive to some, I believe that, with Bruut Amsterdam, we have brought about a change. We dared to make a bold choice for black and white. This gives this production a unique dimension and authentically visualizes the strength and dynamism of our business, with our people who make a difference every day at the center.”

Deniz Alkac, Executive Producer at Bruut Amsterdam, added:

“From concept to shooting and post-production, it was a great experience to see how enthusiastic and dedicated the entire Air France KLM Martinair Cargo team was in creating this film. Everyone fully committed themselves and gave us the confidence to create a film that is genuine, human, and authentic. Doors that would otherwise remain closed literally opened to capture the perfect shot. This was an extraordinary joint effort.”
