Win Advisors consolidates the team with Alexandru Ion (Operations Manager) and announces the company’s expansion in CEE and SEE

Win Advisors, the hospitality consulting company offering 360° consultancy and hotel management services, has appointed Alexandru Ion as Operations Manager.

With over 15 years of experience in hospitality leadership, Alexandru Ion brings with him a wealth of experience in hotel operations, guest satisfaction strategy, brand transformation and team development.

His leadership style – defined by empathy, strategic agility and operational precision – reflects Win Advisors’ values, perfectly aligning with its slogan “Reinventing Hospitality”. Moreover, the company is reinforcing its commitment to helping raise hospitality standards in the region.

Over the past year, Win Advisors has managed to expand its expertise in the CEE/SEE region and aims to exponentially increase the company’s impact in the area.

The Central and South-Eastern European region is going through a period of accelerated transformation in the hotel sector, fueled by a growing investment appetite, new projects under development and an increased interest in repositioning existing assets. To respond more effectively to this context, Win Advisors is strengthening its team and operational capacity in the region.

The expansion comes in the continuation of an already active path in the CEE and SEE markets, where the company’s team has provided support to local and international investors in all stages of a special project – from market analysis and brand selection to contract structuring and operation optimization.

During the past three years, the region has attracted over 4 billion euros in hotel investments, and by 2026, over 300 hotels with a total of around 45,000 rooms are expected to be delivered. Around a third of these projects are conversions or repositionings, signaling a transition towards refined hotel products, adapted to new market requirements. At the same time, yields on prime hotel assets remain between 6.25% and 8.25%, significantly above Western European levels (4.25% – 5.25%).

This combination of development potential and competitive yields is stimulating investor interest in the region, but also the need for local expertise and accelerated professionalization of the markets.
