real,- România supermarket chain launched its own beer brand

The Romanian supermarket chain real- launched recently its own brand of beer, that is produced in Romania by a Belgium producer and has a Belgium recipe.

The beer comes in 2 liters plastic bottles.

According to Adriana Piţa, Division Manager Corporate Communication & PR real,- Hypermarket România, TiP – the new beer – was appreciated by the clients and had sales that went 20% higher than the initial estimates of the company.

The launch of the beer brand is part of real-‘s strategy to develop the range of products under its own brand, that cover all the market segments.
