Official announcement about launching Mediafax Group, in Monitorul Oficial

Monitorul Oficial, the Romanian official newspaper, published, on July 12th, a decision made by Publimedia International and its shareholders related to put the bases of a new company, Mediafax Group.

This information was first published by Romanian economical online newspaper Wall-Street.ro, while the move to get together all the companies in Romania belonging to Adrian Sarbu, CEO CME, was 1st mentioned on Dragos Stanca’s blog.

According to the info published in Monitorul Oficial, Publimedia International and its shareholders Alleria Management Company (97,85% shares, represented by Liviu Gheorghe) and Metrodome BV (ex-Media Pro NV, 2,14% shares, represented by Liliana Florentina Serban) decided that Publimedia International will found Mediafax Group SA, a company name reserved since March.

In the new company, Publimedia International will have 25% out of the shares. Monitorul Oficial doesn’t specify who will own the other shares, but it mentions the fact that Cosmina Noaghea was empowered to take care of all the documents related to the new company.

Last week, Dragos Stanca, managing director al F5 (Realitatea-Catavencu Group), was announcing on his blog the start of a new company, under Mediafax brand and that will gather together all the print, online and press agency Adrian Sarbu owns in Romania.
