Romanian agency Infinit Solutions made the Facebook app ArtWars – an app that allows art fans to simulate auctions for paintings – for Artmark, Romanian auction house.
ArtWars aims to underline the advantages of art investments that, besides the aesthetics value, represents also a long term safe alternative. Also, the app represents a challenge for art’s fans.
To enter the app and the contest is simple: users enter the contest where they can use a game amount of Euro 10,000 to acquire virtually art works. There are 4 rounds of auction and the budget is renewed every time. The winner of the contest, that gets the highest scores in any of the 4 auctions, receives a painting signed by Nicolae Grigorescu.

ArtMark team includes Cristina Olteanu – Project Manager and Ionut Albu – IT Manager, while Infinit Solutions Agency team includes Bogdan Dobre – Account Manager, Sorin Craciun – Art Director, Alexandru Sucher – Project Manager, Paul Argeseanu – Senior Developer, Adrian Gheorghe – Developer and Liana Popa – Head of Copy.
Artmark’s project is supported also by an advertising campaign signed by Graffiti BBDO, that runs at national level and was launched in February.
