Outbox introduces AR elements in Dr. Oetker’s in-store activations

Outbox, the new digital and one-to-one communication competences entity within Mercury360, launched for Paula, a brand belonging to Dr. Oetker, an augmented reality (AR) app, as part of a national promotion.

The app can be accessed at the awards stand, with the help of a tablet from promoters. The AR app allows consumer to scan the flyer they receive in store and discover the prize they won in 3D form, visible through tablet’s photo camera.

Because Paula is a young and dynamic brands, we want to show this to our consumers not only with the offered prizes, but also through an inedite brand experience. We wanted to replace the classical activation methods with an actual technology, that has a lot of development potential, so we receive with enthusiasm Outbox’s proposal
