The Institute announced that Internetics 2012 is receiving entries, with the entry period starting on July 12 and ending on August 31st. The submissions can be made via www.internetics.ro.
Internetics 2012 also prepares a series of events that will span during one week in September, in Bucharest, period during which the judging of the projects will take place and the winners of the competition will be announced.
For this year, Internetics competition comes with some novelties. This way, “Best of” becomes “Online Media and Tools” and will include new sections, such as Viral Video, Viral Non-Video, Advertising Games, Rich Media, E-mail marketing for B2B, B2C, CRM, E-mail marketing for brand campaigns, Social Media campaigns, Best Community, Online Campaigns involving blogs, Digital Branded Content, Mobile Campaigns, Mobile Apps.
Changes were also made in “Interactive Campaigns”, where the distinction will be made between interactive campaigns with strategies developed starting from online and digital components of integrated campaigns. Both types of campaigns can be submitted, but they will be judged in a different manner, so that the jury can isolate correctly the results.
When it comes of the jury, the panel will bring together over 20 professionals that come from specialized companies and agencies from Romania and will have a president that will come from outside the local industry.
Competition’s jury will continue to give the Special prize for webdesign to a work entered within the category “Site-uri, microsite-uri si bloguri de promovare” and will also award 3 new distinctions for companies and agencies that are presenting exceptional results within the contest: Most Creative Client of the Year (for the client with the most creative online presence), Online Innovation of the Year (for the project that innovated in online – site, campaign, tool, media) and Best Newcommer (to an agency that competes the 1st time at Internetics and makes itself remarked through exceptional results).
Also, the organizers announced that the judging criteria and the points to be given were calibrated in order to redefine as good as possible competition’s structure.
The competition is opened to agencies and online divisions, but also to companies that are developing projects in digital or are the ones that benefit of digital executions.
Founded and organized by The Institute, Internetics is an online branding, marketing and advertising festival. Internetics was launched in 2001, since the start of the Romanian online industry, and contributed to industry’s growth and development over the years.
