Performance and experiences, on pastel’s agenda in 2013

Romanian agency pastel will expand its performance and experience activities in 2013. For this, the agency hired a Performance Manager and promoted an Experience Designer from its ranks.

The new member in pastel’s team, taking over the attributions of Performance Manager, is Anamaria Neagu, with 10 years of experience as a journalist at Realitatea TV, Prima TV and Gazeta Sporturilor, with a career that started from reporter and went all the way to Editor of the Day. She was in charge of PR and communication for international projects at IN Media Production, where she worked 4 years as Account Manager.

I was a journalist for many years and this is something one never forgets. But my professional evolution showed me management is as exciting as journalistic life. That’s why I decided to join pastel team, because I found again here that passion that mobilizes people to make beautiful things, passion absent from press for years

In 2012, we had almost Euro 1M turnover and our team expanded a lot (…) We felt the need for a person to handle only of managing the internal agency’s workflow. We decided to work with Anamaria because the has the professional knowledge and the needed experience to manage more projects in the same time, no matter the deadline. Oana Cristea, experience designer pastel

For the 2nd development direction, the experiential one, a pastel team’s member was promoted. Oana Cristea, previously Communication Specialist, takes over as Experience Designer, with the mission to develop strategical experiences to efficiently communicate clients’ values.

We put out faith in Oana because, with her fun, creative and expansive style to do things, she proved to be the ideal person to assume this task
