Guiness celebrates St.Patrick’s day in pubs all over Romania, during the week-end 15-17 March. The brand aims to bring the spirit of the Irish parties in the biggest Romanian pubs, preparing a series of surprises in “Paint the Town Black” style.

On March 7-17, Guiness prepared activations in 85 partner pubs all over Romania, situated in 25 towns among which Brasov, Sibiu, Ploiesti, Constanta, Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Timisoara, Oradea, Craiova and Bucharest.

The “Paint the Town Black” concept is promoted in Romania with “Guinness feast” decalog, 10 strict rules for the real Guinness consumer. This way, the people that respect the rules and drink at least 3 pints of beer during the campaign can win instantly prizes or, following a draw, a week-end for 2 in Dublin, for Arthur Guinness’ Day (September 2013). The awards consist in beer pints, Irish music CDs and Guinness hats.

St. Patrick’s Day is the most known saint celebration in the world and Ireland’s national day. Globally, millions of people are celebrating, every year, St. Patrick’s Day, together with the Irish.
