Omnicom Group’s RAPP Acquires UK Agency Haygarth

RAPP, multichannel marketing agency part of The DAS Group of Companies (DAS), division of Omnicom, announced it bought Haygarth, a United Kingdom-based brand and retail agency.

The deal enables RAPP to increase its ability to provide expert marketing and communications across the total customer experience spectrum, by blending Haygarth’s expertise in digital retail shopper and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) marketing with RAPP’s globally-focused data insight, media and technology proficiency.
