Interactions introduces new eCRM and consumers’ dialogue solutions

Romanian eCRM and digital agency Interactions launched a series of standardized solutions for eCRM and consumers’ dialogue –  FastLandingPage, FastConsumerPromo and Consumer Data Management -, solutions that help reducing by up to 70% the time needed to implement a communication campaign on digital channels.

Creating interactions and brand experiences in digital need both creativity and communication opportunity and a viable technical solution.


There were situations in the past when good communication opportunities were missed because, physically, it would’ve been impossible to launch a campaign in just 4-5 hours.

Previous to introducing new standardized solutions to reduce the implementation time for campaigns, Interactions announced, in January, that it increased its team with 6 new members, aiming to consolidate its services. At that moment, Alexandrescu was saying:

Joining interactions were Catalin Vlad, Sebastian Capatina and George Noja – web developement and design, Adrian Poenaru, Cristina Cazacu and Adina Cruceru – creative and client service.

Interactions is a digital and eCRM full service agency, founded in 2009 by Adrian Alexandrescu, together withî the Mediapost Hit Mail group. It offers a range of services which include strategy, creative, developing programs dedicated to consumers’ dialogue, design, copywriting, social media management, development of mobile software and apps. Interactions was the Agency of the Year at IAB Awards Romania in 2013 and, last year, it was the first Romanian agency awarded at IAB Mixx Awards Europe.
