David&Goliath gets a Fighter Pilot for Kia

David&Goliath signs the latest spot in its campaign for the new Kia Optima, the ad, featuring NBA Star, Blake Griffin, is entitled “Fighter Pilot.”‎

In this campaign, Blake is a big name actor who is cast in the lead roles for a few big budget action movies. During the filming, he is always looking for ways to improvise and add that special Blake “magic.” This often means replacing the scripted mode of transport with the Kia Optima as, in Blake’s eyes, it has a way of making the movie better, regardless of its setting or time period.



“Fighter Pilot” is part of a larger campaign around the 2015 Kia Optima featuring three TV spots, the first of which – the Western-themed spot titled “Showdown” – launched in December.
