Previously, Okay Tuğ was sales director at Ligatus – an international performance marketing agency, which is part of the multinational mass media corporation Bertelsmann – for more than 2 years. He also worked in the past with Sosyalmedya.net, one of the first social media agencies in Turkey, where he handled sales and marketing activities. He is a graduate from Marmara Üniversitesi in economics and an MBA in the field of sales and marketing from Yeditepe Üniversitesi.

In RTB House, Okay Tuğ is responsible for planning and executing all business activities on the Turkish market, including development and implementation of sales strategies.
