Mitja Petrovič on the Transformation, Liberation and Creative Culture, this year’s theme of the Golden Drum Festival:

We believe that the digital revolution and the new power of the universally connected individual are transforming the business and our society. These changes have caused problems for many, but they also bring new freedom – both to brands and to the people who use them (Airbnb is the first Community Driven SuperBrand and it is changing tourism).

The advertising industry can follow these changes or it can be part of the transformation. We believe that our role is to lead and we believe that creative culture is the only thing that can encourage transformation and create a better future. Transition is behind us, what lies ahead is transformation.
