Mall Promenada, one of the most modern commercial centers in Romania, launched its customer care service via WhatsApp, consolidating its online presence and offering to its clients the possibility to receive in real time info on the services and activities available to them within the location.
Starting end of June, Promenada’s clients can add the commercial center as a friend on WhatsApp and will receive answers to their questions in real time, every day, from 9.30 AM to 9.30 PM.
