M&C Saatchi Shop has opened its doors with multinational assignments from existing M&C Saatchi Group clients, Jacobs Douwe Egberts and Pernod Ricard. The new company is led by Michelle Whelan and it will offer shopper-first solutions to help new and current clients compete more effectively in the fast-evolving retail landscape.
The agency developed its own IP, including a new Audit tool that identifies those factors that most influence shoppers in a particular category, and then ranks individual brands within that category by how well they are performing against shoppers’ needs.
