2022 also came with challenges. It was the first post-pandemic year both for us and for our clients, and we soughed to help to recovering the losses from the 2 years of covid.

We focused on the team and understanding clients’ actual communication needs. We tried to understand as well as possible what happened during pandemic and what we can do to say, hand on heart, that we applied from the lessons of the crisis. Then projects came, we made plans, we participated to many pitches and we also had many hiring interviews, a lot of business, with some pressure here and there, but also with the joy of getting back to the office. 2022 meant also a more focused drive towards digital PR

Most important services offered by Conan PR in 2022 were media & influencer relations and social media, along with strategies to launch on Romanian market for Kiwi.com or Tandem wines.

In 2023, the agency aims for a 10% increase of its business.

Elena Bululete also mentioned the agency is keeping an eye on AI developments and the challenges and opportunities this brings to the PR industry, a consolidation of digital PR services and focus on growing and developing agency’s team.
