TPS Engage accelerates Asia expansion with support from local South Korean partners

Business, OOH / DOOH

TPS Engage, The Romanian startup that became the biggest contextual marketplace for Digital Out of Home (DOOH) in the CEE, accepted the invitation of the South Korea government of taking part in a locator program. There were selected only 40 startups from around the world and TPS Engage is the only company with Romanian origins in the project. TPS Engage is already present in New York, Serbia, UAE, KSA and Bucharest.

The program developed by South Korea will offer TPS Engage all the technical and financial support for the developing of the business in Asia, and in the first stage in Seoul, with the purpose of establishing a company with the headquarters in South Korea. The first stage of the program takes four months and following the decisions of each startup and local jury, the companies will receive support for the next stage as well.

Asia has been forever a very interesting market for us, but we knew we needed local support in order to develop with the speed that we wanted and that we succeeded in reaching in Romania and the CEE. Fortunately, South Korea is in the perfect position to offer us that support. It will be an extremely interesting period of time for us and for the digital outdoor industry – absolutely everything will change in the following years,” said Matei Psatta, co-founder and CMO TPS Engage.

TPS Engage is an international company part of the global accelerator Techstars. Specialized in dynamic technology for the outdoor and indoor digital screens, TPS Engage re-invents the digital outdoor through a marketplace type platform accessible to companies of any size.
